
Sandra Bergeron is one of the best known and highly respected women of technology in Silicon Valley. In her tenured career at McAfee, Inc, Mrs. Bergeron held various executive positions within the company including Senior Vice President of US Sales, President of the PGP Security Business Unit and Executive Vice President of Mergers/Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy. Mrs. Bergeron is currently on the Board of Directors at ArcSight, Inc. , Qualys, Inc. and TriCipher Inc. , and she is a Venture Advisor to Trident Capital. She also sits on the Board of Advisors for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University in Atlanta. Ms. Bergeron received the 2005 Technology Leadership Award from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business in recognition of her significant accomplishments.
Prior to her current Board of Directors roles, Mrs. Bergeron served on the Board of Directors of three public companies: Tipping Point, Netegrity, and Nuance Communications, all of whom were acquired by public companies.
Sandra Bergeron's national reputation as a computer security thought leader has earned her several awards of distinction; she was most recently honored with the 2005 Robinson Alumni Technology Leadership Award at Georgia State University. Mrs. Bergeron has also been recognized as one of Information Security Magazine's Top 25 Women of Vision in 2003. Bergeron's opinions on security matters are highly sought after by government and private industry leaders. She has testified to the Subcommittee on Technology within the House Science Committee, regarding how government and private industry can better prepare for virus attacks. Bergeron was selected by U.S. Congressman Mike Honda and San Jose, California Mayor Ron Gonzales to serve on the Silicon Valley Blue Ribbon Task Force on Aviation Security and Technology.
Mrs. Bergeron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Georgia State University and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

In 2003 Stewart's company, Blaze Technologies, with Guba and Stickley's company, PatchPortal, merged to become TraceSecurity. Under Stewart's leadership, the company has quadrupled its customer base over the last two years, tripled its employees, and has won the Louisiana's Governor's Rising Star Award in 2004. Stewart's work at TraceSecurity builds on 15 years of success in the computer software industry.
As Chief Compliance Officer, Rob Guba is responsible for overseeing and managing the areas of security compliance and policy management relating to TraceSecurity solutions and services. Guba has over 11 years experience in the technology industry with deep expertise in regulation and compliance standards. Guba has a successful proven track record in providing IT security technology solutions to Fortune 500, government and other various industries.
Guba is one of the original founders of TraceSecurity. He was a member of the management team at PatchPortal prior to the merger with Blaze Technologies in the formation of TraceSecurity. Prior to PatchPortal, he held various sales, marketing and technical management roles for companies including CSA, Industry.Net, Perot Systems, and Network Associates / McAfee.
Guba attended University of Houston and Louisiana State University where he studied architecture and economics.
As CTO and Vice President of Engineering for TraceSecurity, Stickley has been instrumental in directing the TraceSecurity strategy. Stickley is responsible for developing and releasing multiple versions of the software used by hundreds of clients today. Stickley is in charge of the guiding principles and structure of all TraceSecurity solutions including products and services. Stickley has over ten years in the hi-technology industry.
Dennis Cline is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of achievements as an executive, board member, and investor in some of the most successful high growth software companies in the industry. In addition to his board role at TraceSecurity, Cline is the current managing partner for DMC Investments, a firm he founded in 2001. He is also the Chairman of the Board of netForensics, a leading provider of security information management software, and he serves on the Board of Marchex, a publicly traded internet search and
media company.
Cline brings a unique mix of operational experience and customer advocacy to each of his roles. His 20 year career has been characterized by an unprecedented commitment to great products backed by world class support and an unwavering insistence on shareholder return. Previously, he served as the CEO of netForensics, and led the successful restructuring of the company. In his tenured career at Network Associates (now McAfee), Cline held various executive positions within the company including Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations. Prior to Network Associates, Cline held executive and operational roles at Fifth Generation Systems, Claris and Microsoft.
Cline received a BA in History from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.
Frazer is a partner in a Baton Rouge CPA practice specializing in tax and financial consulting services since 1980.
Frazer has played an active role in numerous high-technology companies. In 1987 Frazer co-founded Fifth Generation Systems that had over 200 employees and $50 million in revenue in 1993. He also served as Chairman; Fifth Generation Systems was bought by Symantec in 1993. He is a Director for five different companies.
