Comprehensive Security Assessments

Numerous technologies have been developed and deployed to protect information assets; however, an improperly trained workforce can nullify them all.

Solution Overview

It is critical that an organization’s staff understand information security issues and their role in minimizing risk. The TraceSecurity Awareness Program enables organizations to improve their security posture by arming their employees with necessary knowledge to combat security threats.

The TraceSecurity Security Awareness Program is a web-based training series based on best practices and security standards. The program is designed to educate employees and influence their behavior by increasing their knowledge of security, helping them better understand potential threats and showing how they can help reduce the risks.

The online Security Training is delivered in a 4 part series.
Each training module educates end users on security threats while providing insight on how to avoid falling victim to a situation that could jeopardize an individual or the institution. Each module is delivered in concise segments (approximately 10 minutes each) that minimize impact on employee productivity and increase retention.

A test is included with the program so that once the online training has been completed, administrators can effectively evaluate the users’ knowledge of the subject matter.

Security Awareness Program

TraceSecurity’s Security Awareness Program is delivered through TraceTrain, a specialized module that facilitates the creation and management of a streamlined system to administer all organizational training.
