What is Web Authentication?

The patent-pending TraceAssure web authentication process was designed to prevent phishing, pharming and man-in-the-middle attacks. The process validates the domain the user is connecting to against the IP address that has resolved to the domain. If either the domain or the IP address does not meet the strict approval process in TraceAssure, the site will not resolve as authenticated. On the other hand, if the site does meet the proper criteria, the user will be informed that the site is authenticated and the organization's name will be included with this notification. This means that a user can feel free to browse to a web site and be assured that they are truly at the site they intended to be.
