Job Description

A Quality Assurance Associate will perform quality assurance, grammatical proofing, on IT security and compliance service reports. A Quality Assurance Associate is also responsible for proofreading internal company documentation, customer-facing forms and communications, whitepapers, and website publications.


  • Responsible for the grammatical accuracy and report structure
  • Contribute to the QA team to identify and create efficiencies and areas for improvement within the QA department
  • Manage a high-volume queue of reports to maintain project timelines

Desired Experience:

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (not required)

  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
