What would happen to your business if someone decided you were a target? Could they compromise your data or find sensitive documents by infiltrating disguised as a pest control representative? Your business probably has policies and procedures to ensure that these issues are addressed, but how do you know that these policies are being followed? That’s where a physical security inspection comes in. A thorough physical security inspection can help make sure that proper protocol is being followed in regards to physical IT security.
Traditional inspections are normally completed by 3rd party experts. This is a solid practice, but can be costly for companies who have multiple locations that they need to inspect, or want to do inspections multiple times a year. If you are looking to check progress on your physical security before 3rd party inspectors returned, then it’s time to rethink physical security inspections.
TraceInspect allows anyone to perform a physical security inspection, at any location, as many times as they would like. When you sign up for TraceInspect you'll receive a tablet with the app pre-installed. This app will walk you through a physical security inspection, allowing you to take photos and tag them to the questions to help prove compliance. Once the inspection is complete you will receive comprehensive, auditor approved, reports. TraceInspect is the perfect tool for:
Financial industries like Credit Unions and Banks going through FFIEC regulations
Healthcare Organizations looking to adhere to HIPAA compliance
Retail businesses in need of a methodology to reduce shrinkage, and increase compliance
