Peter Stewart: President, CEO, & Co-Founder

Peter Stewart has served as TraceSecurity's President, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-founder since the company's founding in 2004. Under his leadership, the company pioneered the development of the first and only cloud-based governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform designed for the Fortune 2000 market. This SaaS based solution, which automates what was once a manual process in the GRC space, is now used by more than 1,200 corporations in various industries. During Stewart's tenure, TraceSecurity has closed Series A, B and C investments with Marquee Venture and Private Equity Firms.

With more than 22 years of security technology and business management experience, Stewart has served in executive positions with Fifth Generation Systems (Nasdaq: SYMC), Micrografx (Nasdaq: MGXI), and McAfee/Network Associates (NYSE:MFE) where company sales grew from $20 million to more than $900 million and increasing shareholder value from $30 million to $6 billion. He launched Fifth Generation's European operations, growing the division from zero in revenue to $5 million in its first year. At Micrografx, he was responsible for developing and launching Binney & Smith's Crayola's educational line of software which was the largest retail software launch in United States history until Microsoft's Windows 95 product was released. At McAfee he was an Executive Vice President and General Manager of the McAfee division where his divisions sales grew from $5-$150M and was the Executive responsible for the 600-employee Texas operations.

Most recently Stewart was President & CEO of Blaze Technologies, Inc., which merged with PatchPortal to form TraceSecurity.

Stewart has been the featured presenter at many security, financial and management conferences and forums, where he speaks on a variety of issues facing cloud service-providers, including managing compliance and implementing security controls.

In the past, he served as a member of the Louisiana National Guard 239th Military Police Unit. He has served on many boards for nonprofit organizations, as well as technology startups, He is a graduate of Louisiana State University.

Jim Stickley: CTO, Vice President of Strategy & Solutions, & Co-Founder

As CTO, Vice President of Strategy & Solutions, and Co-Founder for TraceSecurity, Jim Stickley has been instrumental in directing the TraceSecurity strategy. Jim is responsible for developing and releasing multiple versions of the software used by hundreds of clients today. With over 20 years experience in the hi-technology industry, Jim is in charge of the guiding principles and structure of all TraceSecurity solutions including products and services.

Stickley has been involved in thousands of security services for financial institutions, Fortune 100 corporations, healthcare facilities, legal firms, and insurance companies. Through the years Stickley has discovered numerous security vulnerabilities in products such as firewalls, PKI servers, online banking applications and PDA devices. He has been a consultant for the network stations FOXNEWS, CBS and NBC as well as the Associated Press. Stickley has been featured in numerous magazines and newspapers including Time Magazine, Business Week, Fortune Magazine, New York Times, PC Magazine, CSO Magazine and hundreds of other publications. He has also been showcased on numerous television shows including NBC's "Nightly News", CNN's "NewsNight", CNBC's "The Big Idea", Anderson Cooper's "Anderson" and is a frequent guest on NBC's "Today Show".

Additionally, Stickley is the author of "The Truth about Identity Theft" and a co-author of "Beautiful Security". In the entertaining book "The Truth About Identity Theft", Stickley walks you through real life scams and exploits that people fall victim to everyday. This book has been designed to give you the insight that most people only experience after becoming victims of identity theft. Each chapter walks you through a different type of attack, explaining the complete process in a very simple and straight-forward way. Like a magician actually revealing what happens behind the curtain, Stickley takes you through the attacks to reveal how people at home, work, and on the road become victims. Prepare yourself. Stickley can be seen throughout the United States where he serves as an entertaining speaker for corporations, security-related conferences, seminars and forums, covering topics that range from basic identity theft to national cyber terrorism.

Paul McCown: Chief Financial Officer, & Chief Operating Officer

Paul McCown, chief financial officer and chief operating officer, brings more than 19 years of experience in financial planning and management, investor relations, operations, mergers and acquisitions and public company credentials. Paul's deep knowledge of the high-tech industry brings tremendous value to TraceSecurity's strategic and financial planning, as well as operations.

Paul previously served as Senior Vice President of Enabling Technologies at Equifax, where he led a $160 million business unit. Prior to that, he was president and chief financial officer of APPRO Systems where he expanded the company's revenue from $11 million with a $7 million loss in 2001 to $27 million in revenue and $8 million in profit in 2005. 

Paul received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi.

Dariel LeBoeuf: Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dariel LeBoeuf is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of TraceSecurity. During his tenure at TraceSecurity, he has grown the sales by 500% and under Dariel's guidance, customer acquisitions have more than doubled.

Dariel specializes in enterprise account sales and sales management, both of which he mastered while at Tripwire. At Tripwire, Dariel worked as the Western Regional Sales Director, whereby he managed four regions. Prior to Tripwire, Dariel worked at Symantec Corp, where he acquired numerous awards and accolades, including the 1998 Large Account Representative of the Year and the Achiever's Trip Award in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998.  Also in 1995, Dariel was ranked the number one representative worldwide, exceeding his quota by 230%.

Dariel graduated from Louisiana State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis.  Dariel began his career at Fifth Generation where he served in several Sales and Marketing roles.

Jason Lasseigne: Vice President of Security Services

Jason Lasseigne is the Vice President of Security Services at TraceSecurity. He is responsible for TraceSecurity's Delivery department, Training and Documentation department, First Level Support department and leading Strategic Initiatives across the company.

Before joining TraceSecurity, Jason served in several roles at APPRO Systems/Equifax; most recently as Vice President of Shared Services where he worked directly with the Equifax Executive Team to lead Program Management operations across the organization as well as projects in Strategic Initiatives, Process Improvement, Competency Management, and Support and Operations.

Prior to that Jason was a Senior Consultant with IBM Global Services in the Security and Privacy Division. He has a B.S. in Information Systems and Decisions Sciences from Louisiana State University.

Brady Justice: Director of Systems Engineering

As Director of Systems Engineering, Brady Justice is responsible for IT, security as well as the IT and sales engineering teams. A key member of TraceSecurity's management team, Brady has been instrumental in the development of the company's software and services. Brady is responsible for the design, implementation and support of TraceSecurity's network, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Brady has over nine years in the information technology field.

In his prior experience, Brady was a senior security engineer for Garrison Technologies and has also worked as an independent consultant in the information technology field specializing in network and telecommunication installations. He also offers security and system administrator expertise for web hosting companies as well as firewalls and other security technologies.

Jason Wells: Director of Delivery

As Delivery Director, Jason Wells is responsible for TraceSecurity's client base, leading a delivery team by means of staffing, training, directing and facilitating resource management and contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.  Prior to this position, Jason served as the Director of Finance and Legal Counsel for TraceSecurity, where he was involved in a number of key initiatives, including the design of our current delivery team structure and several sales planning initiatives.

Prior to TraceSecurity, Jason was an attorney at McDowell, Knight, Roedder & Sledge, LLC, a corporate defense litigation law firm in Mobile, Alabama.  Jason received his JD from Tulane University and holds a B.S. from the University of Alabama in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in finance and a minor in economics.

Robert "Bob" Yowell: Director of Product Development

As Delivery of Product Development, Robert Yowell is responsible for driving TraceSecurity's ongoing software enhancements, streamlining the company's Software Development Life Cycle and improving the core functions of TraceSecurity's cloud-based software solutions.

Prior to his arrival at TraceSecurity, Yowell spent 10 years at APPRO CRIF Lending Solutions (formerly APPRO Systems, and previously owned by Equifax) as a Senior Director, simultaneously serving as Director of Integration and Director of Knowledge Management. During his tenure, he managed several essential aspects of the development, implementation and delivery of the company's core products, as well as the design of custom software and reports for customers.

Yowell is a native of Kirksville, Missouri, and graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration.

David Blazier: Director of Marketing

David Blazier

As TraceSecurity's Director of Marketing, David Blazier coordinates the company's advertising efforts and online presence, conducts market research, and develops informational resources like webinars and white papers.

Prior to joining TraceSecurity, Blazier held several positions with a group of network television stations in the Southeastern region, including Promotions Director and Director of Online Sales and Promotions. He previously spent 5 years at Dow Louisiana Federal Credit Union where he was the Vice President of Marketing.

Blazier is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a proud alumni of the LSU Manship School of Mass Communications. David is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served in several combat theaters, including Operation Desert Storm. He also served in the Louisiana National Guard's 239th MP Company.
