Colette Burke

Colette has over a decade of experience in information and technology, with previous experience as an IT help desk manager supporting a longstanding one-to-one laptop program. As the Director of Security Operations, she runs the TraceSupport team, providing technical support to all customers during business hours. She is an integral member of TraceSecurity’s product management team, assisting with the development and demonstration of security services and software offerings. Colette also manages a team of information security analysts who perform our remote security services including phishing, vishing, smishing, penetration testing, and more.
