TracePhishing

Test your employees against the latest email attacks with our phishing simulation software

Run Phishing Campaigns On-Demand

Phishing continues to be one of the most common attacks to hit your business. Attackers can send thousands of emails at a time, and it only takes one wrong click to cause a breach. From spoofed vendors to fake delivery notifications, they will try anything to entice users into clicking links, opening attachments, or divulging sensitive information.

TracePhishing is a phishing simulation platform designed to make testing your employees as simple as possible. With centralized user management, customizable email templates, and robust tracking and reporting, you can run unlimited phishing tests against your employees. With seamless integration with TraceEducation, you can automatically assign security awareness training to users who fail phishing tests.

TracePhishing Features

Pre-Made Templates

TracePhishing includes over 40 email phishing templates within the platform that can be used in your phishing tests. From spoofed delivery orders to fake account updates, our templates provide a wide range of tests to keep employees on their toes. Attackers will try anything and everything to trick users into clicking links, and it’s important to make sure your employees are prepared for phishing attacks of all kinds.

Template Customizations

Beyond our standard templates, TracePhishing includes the capability to customize templates or build your own through HTML editor. You can customize the message, add image files, or even import an email using the raw content. For each phishing test you send, you can customize the subject line, choose who the email is being sent from, delineate certain users or groups to receive the test, and schedule whether the tests send all at once or over set intervals.

Multi-Level Testing

Beyond standard phishing email tests, you can configure additional steps to test employees against more sophisticated attacks. The first way to fail a phishing test is to click a malicious link or attachment. But users can make the failure worse depending on what they do next. Through TracePhishing, you can set up Landing Pages to prompt users into additional actions. Inputting login credentials or clicking more links are just two examples of a secondary failure of a phishing test. This provides more proof-of-concept on the dangers of phishing and the damage a single user can do.

Automatically Assign Trainings

TracePhishing comes with four security awareness training courses that focus on phishing-based attacks. Each course includes a short training video and a three-question quiz that users must get 100% on to pass. Phishing tests can be configured to automatically assign training to users who fail the phishing test.

For additional training, you can purchase the full TraceEducation library of over 30 security awareness courses with quizzes. The expanded library includes training on password security, malware, ransomware, artificial intelligence, and more.
